Currently Pinned Support Topics
The hub checked on August 12, 2026 showed Hooded Horse pinned topics for crash-at-launch or new-game fixes, Intel CPU crashes, GPU driver updates, save files and bug reports, localization issues, and the Corsair Cove FAQ. These are links to current support threads, not a promise that every player has the same issue.
How to Separate Confirmed Issues
Treat an issue as confirmed only when it appears in a developer or publisher post, an official FAQ, or a reproducible page that the team explicitly acknowledges. A topic title or a single player report is evidence that someone reported a problem, not proof of a universal bug.
Reporting Paths
Use the Steam bug and crash forum for public reports and the developer reporting guidance for the requested evidence format. Keep screenshots, logs, save evidence, version information, hardware, and reproduction steps together, and redact private data before posting.
